Cloud Cuckoo Land feels more like a home than a clinic. I could express myself without any hesitation as the environment was very easy and friendly. Anjana Ma'am is really a gem of a person. Interacting with her was more like having a deep conversation with a really close friend.
I assure that CCL is a Safe Haven.

I had a very good experience with Cloud Cuckoo Land. Anjana Madam, psychologist of CCL has helped me in overcoming my post partum depression through her regress therapy sessions. I would highly recommend CCL for anyone who needs support for their non- judgemental approach and strong adherence to the medical protocols.

  • Who is a Clinical Psychologist?
Clinical psychologists are qualified mental health professionals who have the ability to screen for any psychological distress, diagnose and treat psychological disorders and illnesses via psychotherapy sessions suited to the needs of the client. They are qualified and well versed with different types of evidence-based psychotherapies. Ideally, they hold a degree M.Phil in clinical psychology, which is recognized by the rehabilitation council of India. They are licensed professionals. They are the ones who underwent more than six years in just securing the required qualification to just talk to you professionally. They conduct assessment and therapy sessions in treating ranging from anxiety, depression, loss of concentration, behavioral difficulties, motivation enhancement therapies to abstain from substance use. They help people gain fresh perspectives towards life and even help people understand themselves better. There is no single best therapist. If any of your therapists provide some insight into your life, with which you are able to perceive yourselves a bit more beautiful, then that’s your therapist.
  • Who is a Psychiatrist?
A psychiatrist is a doctor who has taken his post-graduation degree in psychiatry after completing the graduation(MBBS) from recognized institutions. Some psychological distresses and illnesses need medical support at the right time, as same as any other illnesses we know of. They are professional doctors who give medical support to people in such distress. They are the ones who underwent more than 8 years in achieving the specialization similar to doctors in other specializations. They are the doctors who treat the mind and illnesses which affect the mind. Similar to the enzymes or hormones in the body, there are neurotransmitters in the brain which when deranged affect our state of mind. A psychiatrist carefully assesses the client and scientifically adjusts the level of neurotransmitters with the help of evidence-based and research-backed medicines to an optimal level of functioning of the mind.
  • When Should I see a Psychologist?
A psychologist aims at providing a non-judgemental space for clients to gain a better understanding of themselves and process various life experiences. You can decide to book an appointment if you wish to process or cope with: • Difficult emotions • Traumatic life experiences • Work-place stress • Challenges in interpersonal relationship • Certain thoughts or behavior that keeps you worried • Academic pressure • Loss or grief • Dependence on substance • Relationship issues
  • Isn’t therapy the same as counselling?
No, therapy is done by clinical psychologists with RCI licenses. Therapies are evidence based solutions systematised into protocol based sessions by decades of research which usually last 1 hour per session.
  • What is psychotherapy? Is it possible to alter one's thoughts with the help of it?
Psychotherapy sessions are customized to each client's distress. Sessions are meant to give more insights into one’s self or illnesses by the therapist. The choice to choose from the options outlined falls entirely with the client. So the therapist isn't here to brainwash you, but you may change your life with the choices provided and that’s up to the client.
  • Will the medicines make me mad/crazy/insane?
All psychotropic medicines prescribed by the psychiatrists are prescribed according to the evidence-based practices similar to the practices followed in any other specialization like medicine or pediatrics. All medicines are prescribed weighing in the risks and benefits of each. Clients shall discuss any doubts or clarifications regarding the medicines with the doctor.
  • Will anyone force me to take drugs once I see a psychiatrist?
No…no one can force any client who has come to seek help by himself to take any sort of therapy/medicines. If at all the doctor prefers the need for medical support, the client's consent is necessary to start any form of treatment.
  • Will I be an addict to medicines prescribed?
No, any difficulties experienced with the medicines can be brought to the notice of the treating doctor and it can be switched or stopped in discussion with the doctor.
  • How do I book an appointment?
You can get in touch by • Filling the appointment booking form • Sending WhatsApp msg to 8891376685 • Making a call to 8921 546 025, 9495 132 737 • Dropping a mail to info@ccllife.com

Yes. To cancel or reschedule please contact info@ccllife.com at least 24 hours in advance or full session charges apply. Please note that any missed appointment will not be refunded.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
